What it does
When you play a character here, heal 1 damage from your barrier here.
Strategy
- It seems benign, and you don't really think about it until the effect thwarts your plan.
- Watch your lethal math. If their barrier has 6 left and you play a 6/6 thinking it's lethal if unblocked, they can play a character or two here, heal the barrier, and survive without blocking at all. This has happened to me a lot.
- Puck, one of my favorite cards, hard counters this location. With Puck out, every character your opponent plays here deals 1 damage to their barrier instead of healing it.
